Job description
· Interact with Revenue and Sr. Revenue officials of Government/Private Sector on day-to-day basis in terms of the services provided by TIOL. · Carrying out qualitative and quantitative market research work · Calling perspective clients and grow new leads. · Build and manage a rich database of clients. · Consulting clients about their requirements and objectives · Advising clients on how they can make use of the product. · Ensure timely follow-up for renewal of the services. · Collect feedback from existing clients on regular basis about our services and provide active support as and when required. · Establish accomplishment of targets.
