Core responsibilities:Pick up laundry/clothes from customers' homes or offices at scheduled timesDeliver cleaned, pressed laundry back to customers within committed timelinesVerify order details (item count, garment type) against the bill/receipt at pickup and dropHandle garments with care to avoid damage, loss, or mixing with other customers' ordersCollect payment (cash/UPI/card) where applicable and issue receiptsUse the app/system to update order status (picked up, in transit, delivered)Maintain delivery logs and report any missing, damaged, or delayed itemsAddress customer complaints or special instructions (e.g., stain notes, urgent orders) and relay them to the processing teamEnsure vehicle (bike/scooter) is maintained and used safely for timely deliveriesFollow hygiene protocols when handling customers' clothes
