Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Functions/Responsibilities: · Display commercial, industrial, and residential properties to clients and explain their features. · Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking. · Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyer’s needs and financial resources. · Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price. · Build a client basethrough various marketing and networking activities. Basic Requirement: · Candidate should have his own vehicle. · Age should not be more than 28 year. · Should have good Communication skill.
