Job description
Quality Analyst:    Play an important role in achieving team targets ·     Manage a Team size of 15 - 20 agents ·     Monitor calls on weekly basis and provide constructive feedback to associates in lieu. ·     Create reports on Weekly/Monthly basis for management reporting ·     Identify the training requirements of associates and suggest the same to the Training team ·     Initiate & organize process improvement methods & techniques ·     Additional responsibilities as & when instructed by the manager ·     Should be able to interact with senior management confidently on process performance if required.  Â
